Our Mission
We support our clients in their property investment journey, providing bespoke hands free deal sourcing & packaging services. We also manage our own serviced accommodations overseeing all aspects of the operation, providing excellent customer service for guests. It includes everything from handling bookings, arranging housekeeping, to ensuring the accommodation meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role also requires a focus on guest communication, and creating a welcoming environment that offers both flexibility and independence to travellers, while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
With our Serviced apartments and houses we offer a fantastic alternative to staying in a hotel. They are perfect for business travellers, groups of friends, families, and couples who value independence and flexibility. Alongside providing more space, they also offer an excellent base to experience local life, with all the amenities of the neighbourhood right on your doorstep.
The 'serviced' aspect of these apartments and houses means they’re fully prepared for you to move straight in and start living! All utilities are up and running and included in the price, bedroom and bathroom linens are provided, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, everything is spotless, and all appliances are in perfect working order.
During your stay, our housekeeping team will visit every two weeks (with weekly service available at an extra cost) to clean all rooms, refresh bedroom and bathroom linens, and of course should any maintenance issues arise just let us know and we’ll resolve them as quickly as possible.
